About Us

Paradise Cove is a lake-front, gated community with a neighborhood boat ramp and marina.  The Paradise Cove Homeowners Association (HOA) was established in 2012 and was turned over from the developer to the community in 2021.  The HOA is made up of Paradise Cove homeowners,  governed by an elected Board of Directors and is professionally managed by MJS, Inc.

 

The Paradise Cove Boat Owners Association (BOA) was also established in 2012 and was turned over from the developer to the community in 2022.  The BOA is made up of Paradise Cove homeowners' boat slips, governed by an elected Board of Directors (separate from the HOA board) and is professionally managed by MJS, Inc.
